Tokyo is the most populated city in the world.
As the capital of Japan, it stands as one of the most culturally rich places on Earth.
You would expect it to feel overwhelming.
And sometimes, it is.
 
But not always.
There are moments in Tokyo that feel untouched by the noise.
Walking through quiet, monochromatic alleyways as rain falls softly.
Endless rows of small homes, each one holding a life you’ll never fully know.
The glow of moonlight guiding you after a long day.
 
If I had to describe Tokyo,
it would be the calm in the eye of the storm.
Strangely comforting.
Almost impossible to explain.
 
When creating 15:31 in Tokyo, I returned to those moments.
Some of my most meaningful memories live in that city.
There is a feeling Tokyo carries;
something unspoken, something you don’t fully understand until you’ve been there.
This is my attempt to capture it.
To hold it, even briefly.
And to share it with you.
